Job summary

Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V. seeks an HRIS Analyst in Irving, TX. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or CS with 3 years HRIS experience.
• Proficient in SAP/SuccessFactors and reporting tools.
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify and run ad hoc HRIS queries for reports.
• Train field HRIS users and support HRIS systems in operation.
• Ensure data integrity and coordinate with payroll and HR teams.
