Job summary

GILLIG, based in Livermore, CA, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage SAP SuccessFactors HCM, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and optimize HR systems and processes.

The role involves configuring modules (Employee Central, EC Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding), analytics and reporting, integrations via APIs and middleware, and guiding upgrades and projects while training end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on configuration experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
• Experience with integrations (APIs, OData, middleware such as SAP CPI or Boomi).
• Experience with Workforce Analytics / People Analytics and reporting.
• HRIS implementation experience and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding).
• Support workforce analytics and reporting to enable data-driven HR decisions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Design and support business processes, workflows, and rules across talent modules.
• Lead or support HR technology projects and continuous improvements.
• Provide end-user training and transition support for system adoption.
