Job summary

Gruma Corporation seeks an HRIS Analyst to provide transactional and analytical support for SAP/SuccessFactors. You will develop ad hoc queries, produce HRIS reports for compensation, benefits, and HR operations, and train field HRIS users.

You will ensure data integrity in HRIS, create standard reports, support payroll coordination, and assist in implementing SuccessFactors. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; experience with confidential data is essential.

Qualifications

Requires proficient MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors or other HRIS.
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide transactional and analytical HRIS support and ad hoc queries.
Develop, modify and run HRIS reports from SAP/SuccessFactors for compensation, benefits, etc.
Train and support field HRIS users and implement SuccessFactors.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HRIS and records management.
Create/Run periodic HRIS reports and new ad hoc reports.
Coordinate with Payroll to align data across systems.
Support salary surveys, merit planning and bonus programs.
Upload pay increases and bonuses into SuccessFactors.
Create training/reference materials and provide user training.
