Job summary

Albany International is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Albany International's HRIS, including SAP SuccessFactors. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology and collaborating with the Senior HRIS Analyst, this role is a key resource for HRIS support, training, configuration, testing, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide HRIS support and end-user assistance for HR teams.
• Test system changes, document results, and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop training materials and user guides for HRIS tools.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure security role configurations.
