Job summary

The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is seeking an HRIS Analyst to lead hands-on administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the organization’s HRIS. This role sits within Human Resources and supports the full employee lifecycle with accurate data and reliable reporting.

You will collaborate with HR leadership, implement HRIS modules (records, compensation, benefits, time & attendance), develop dashboards, provide training, and test updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR.
• At least two years’ hands-on HRIS management experience.
• UKG experience strongly desired.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the organization’s HRIS, ensuring accurate configuration and day-to-day functionality.
• Apply HR policies to configure HRIS workflows and processes supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee data and implement proper access controls.
• Configure HRIS modules for records, position management, compensation, benefits, time and attendance, performance, onboarding, and dashboards.
• Develop, produce, and analyze standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for operations and leadership.
• Partner with HR leadership to evaluate processes and propose improvements for efficiency and UX.
• Provide HRIS training and documentation for staff and managers.
• Test and implement HRIS updates to ensure continuity of operations.
