Job summary

Treasure Valley Family YMCA in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This hands-on role administers and optimizes the organization’s HRIS, aligning system configuration with HR processes and policies.

You will manage data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The position emphasizes collaboration with HR leadership and staff, ensuring accurate data and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years hands-on HRIS management experience, including admin and configuration.
• UKG experience strongly desired.
• Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design/configure HRIS workflows and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, ensuring configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day functionality.
• Configure HRIS workflows, rules, and processes supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee data with data integrity and access controls.
• Configure HRIS modules for records, job/position management, compensation, benefits, time/attendance, performance, onboarding/offboarding, and dashboards.
• Develop, produce, and analyze standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for operations and planning.
• Partner with HR leadership to evaluate processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Provide HRIS training and documentation for staff and managers.
• Test and implement HRIS updates and configuration changes to ensure continuity.
