  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee data, ensuring data integrity and appropriate system access controls.
  • Configure and support HRIS modules related to employee records, job and position management, compensation, benefits administration, time and attendance, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and user interface design (dashboards).
  • Develop, produce, and analyze standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards to support HR operations, leadership reporting, and organizational planning.
  • Partner with HR leadership and HR staff to evaluate current HR processes and recommend system improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide HRIS support, guidance, and training to HR staff and managers, including development of documentation and job aids.
  • Test, validate, and implement HRIS system updates (patches, releases), enhancements, and configuration changes to ensure continuity of HR operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least two years’ hands‑on HRIS management experience required, including direct administration and configuration of the HRIS system.
  • UKG experience strongly desired.
  • Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
