Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an HRIS Analyst to provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including Oracle HCM and UKG Dimensions, with a focus on resolving Tier 1 HRIS tickets and supporting employees and HR partners. This role serves as a first point of contact for HRIS questions and issues, troubleshoots routine system and data concerns, and escalates more complex issues as appropriate.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS, HR Operations, HR Shared Services or related function.
Experience with Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, Workday or similar HRIS platforms (Oracle/UKG preferred).
Experience using ticketing/case management systems for internal inquiries.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for HRIS support and resolve Tier 1 tickets.
Troubleshoot common HRIS issues, data discrepancies, timekeeping questions.
Triage requests, gather information, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Perform routine HRIS administration, including data updates and basic configuration changes.
Manage user access and security requests.
Assist with standard and ad hoc HR reporting for HR and Payroll.
Conduct data audits to identify data quality issues.
Support HRIS data imports and routine maintenance tasks.
Assist with system testing and document test results.
