Fanatics, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to provide day-to-day support for HR systems, focusing on Tier 1 tickets and end-user support. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and internal teams to keep employee data accurate and improve processes.
Responsibilities include administering HRIS data, managing access, and assisting with reporting and data audits. The role requires strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The HRIS Analyst provides day-to-day support for HR systems, including Oracle HCM and UKG Dimensions, with a primary focus on resolving Tier 1 HRIS tickets and supporting employees and HR partners. This role serves as a first point of contact for HRIS questions and issues, troubleshoots routine system and data concerns, and escalates more complex issues as appropriate. The HRIS Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to maintain accurate employee data, support HR processes, and provide a positive end-user experience.
Salary Range $29 — $36 USD
The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
