Job summary

Quadax is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize the organization’s HRIS (UKG). You will develop and distribute HR metrics, provide data insights, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to enhance systems and reporting capabilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in HRIS/HR operations, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of UKG/Ultipro. You will contribute to upgrades, documentation, and training, while maintaining confidentiality of HR data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of HRIS, HR Operations, reporting, analytics or related experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in UKG, Ultipro, or similar HRIS system required.
  • Advanced Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; SQL a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of HR, payroll, benefits.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality in handling HR data.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support day-to-day functionality of the HRIS (UKG).
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, referrals, census, etc.).
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors on enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting.
  • Design, develop, and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and queries.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and new functionality.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials.
  • Respond to HRIS inquiries and provide end-user support and training.
  • Prepare data reports and analyses for HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support data integrations and data transfer with related systems.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or other related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of HRIS, HR Operations, reporting, analytics or related experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in UKG, Ultipro, or similar HRIS system required.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis. SQL background a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of HR, payroll, benefits.
  • Ability to establish priorities, proceed with objectives, and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Manual dexterity required to constantly operate a computer.
  • Able to hear and see to communicate and exchange information.
