Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks an HRIS Analyst to provide day-to-day support for HR systems (Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions) with a focus on Tier 1 tickets and end-user satisfaction. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and internal teams to maintain accurate employee data and support HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include incident triage, routine admin tasks, reporting, data audits, and system testing. A strong eye for detail and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting HRIS or related function.
• Experience with Oracle HCM and/or UKG Dimensions preferred.
• Experience working with a ticketing or case management system.
• General understanding of HR processes and employee data; payroll/timekeeping exposure is helpful.

• Troubleshoot common system issues, employee questions, data discrepancies, timekeeping issues, and basic system functionality.
• Triage HRIS requests, gather information, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Perform routine HRIS administration, including data updates and basic configuration changes.
• Support user access and security requests, including provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Assist with standard/ad hoc reporting for HR, Payroll, and business partners.
• Conduct data audits and reconciliations to resolve data quality issues.
• Support HRIS data imports and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with system testing for updates and fixes; document results and issues.
• Create and maintain HRIS process documentation and user guides.

The Role

The HRIS Analyst provides day-to-day support for HR systems, including Oracle HCM and UKG Dimensions, with a primary focus on resolving Tier 1 HRIS tickets and supporting employees and HR partners. This role serves as a first point of contact for HRIS questions and issues, troubleshoots routine system and data concerns, and escalates more complex issues asappropriate.

The HRIS Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams tomaintainaccurateemployee data, support HR processes, and provide a positive end-user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a first point of contact for HRIS support, managing and resolving Tier 1 tickets related to Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, and other HR systems.
• Troubleshoot common system issues, employee questions, data discrepancies, timekeeping issues, and basic system functionality.
• Triage incoming HRIS requests, gather necessary information, resolve routine issues, and escalates more complex technical or configuration-related issues to senior HRIS team members.
• Perform routine HRIS administration, including employee data updates, system maintenance, and basic configuration changes asappropriate.
• Support user access and security requests, including provisioning, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Assistwith standard and ad hoc reporting for HR, Payroll, and other business partners.
• Perform data audits and reconciliations toidentifyand resolve data quality issues.
• Support HRIS data imports and other routine data maintenance activities.
• Assistwith system testing for updates, enhancements, and fixes, including documenting testresultsandidentifyingissues.
• Create and maintain HRIS process documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides to support employees and HR partners.
• Identifyrecurring ticket trends and recommend opportunities to improve processes, documentation, andthe employeeexperience.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure HRIS questions and issues are addressed accurately andin a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience supporting HRIS, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, ora related function.
• Experience working with an HRIS such as Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, Workday, or a similar platform; Oracle HCM and/or UKG Dimensions experience preferred.
• Experience working with a ticketing or case management system and managing employee or internal customer inquiries.
• General understanding of HR processes and employee data, with exposure to payroll and timekeeping processes preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues anddeterminewhen escalation is needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment tomaintainingaccurateand confidential employee data.
• Proficiencyin Excel and comfort working with reports and employee data.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and requests while prioritizing work based on urgency and business impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
