Job summary

EBC HR & Payroll Solutions is seeking an experienced UKG Ready HR Implementation Specialist with a strong HRIS focus. You will lead implementations from kickoff to go-live and configure pay rules, accruals, schedules, and workflows.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, support data imports and reporting, and train clients on post-go-live support. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years UKG Ready HRIS experience are required. Hybrid/remote options are available for this role.

• Strong payroll/timekeeping process knowledge.

We're looking for an experienced UKG Ready HR Implementation Specialist with a strong focus on HRIS to join our growing team.

Essential Functions of the Position Include:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Lead UKG Ready implementations (HRIS focus required) from kickoff to go-live
• Configure pay rules, accruals, schedules, and workflows
• Partner with clients to gather requirements and ensure accurate setup
• Support data imports, integrations, and reporting
• Train clients and provide post-go-live support
• Collaborate with Payroll, TLM, HR, and Sales Support teams

Position Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of UKG Ready implementation experience (HRIS required)
• Strong knowledge of payroll/timekeeping processes
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment to both WFI's and the client's success.
