Job summary

King's Seafood Company Career Center seeks an HRIS Analyst to manage internal HR software, coordinate with IT and vendors, and oversee system updates, training, and troubleshooting. This temporary role supports People Resources processes and HR technology.

The position involves maintaining SQL Server, supporting payroll and onboarding systems, and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating across IT, Payroll, Recruiting and operations teams.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
Extensive experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, ADP, SAP)

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor HR systems, software, and technology upgrades
Coordinate vendor management, payroll, ATS, onboarding systems
Lead testing and implementation of new HRIS releases
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems
Collaborate with IT and HR to support process improvements
