Strong analytic and communication skills are essential. The position focuses on ctcLink (PeopleSoft) operations, dashboards, and data accuracy, with responsibilities spanning design, configuration, audits, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years of experience in a Human Resources Department.
• Three (3) years in a technical/functional role providing business analysis or systems support for a college administrative information system or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead ctcLink (PeopleSoft) HCM and Faculty Workload (FWL) support for HR units.
• Design scalable HRIS solutions across modules (reporting, onboarding, compensation, workflows, integrations).
• Lead HRIS initiatives with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Build dashboards and advanced reporting for HR leadership and partners; analyze retention, compensation, and workforce metrics.
