Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a non-profit Tribal health organization serving Alaska Native and American Indian people. The HRIS Analyst role focuses on maintaining HR data in ERP systems, providing technical HR software expertise, and delivering end-user training to ensure efficient HR processes.

The position supports data integrity, system upgrades, reporting, and collaboration with HR and IT partners to improve ERP functionality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Three (3) years professional work experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Compensation, or Information Management.
• Experience using Infor Lawson, HealthStream, SharePoint, Silkroad, AdobeConnect, crystal reports or similar tools.
• Project management and/or system implementation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and organizes HR information within the ERP HRIS modules.
• Provides technical expertise on HR software and systems, including data integrity and reporting.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that streamline HR processes.
• Develops end-user documentation and training materials.
• Performs system maintenance and audits of HR data.
• Trains end users based on security access and system usage.
