Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates. You will source passive talent, engage with hiring managers, and ensure alignment with tribal, federal, and state regulations.

You will collaborate with HR partners on headcount planning, compensation, and benefits while maintaining ATS data and reporting key metrics. Travel to remote locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience for Recruiter II/III levels.
• Travel to remote locations may be required and is expected.
• Knowledge of Alaska Tribal Health System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates.
• Source candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels including LinkedIn, career fairs, and events.
• Advise hiring managers and collaborate with HR partners on headcount, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop pipelines for current and future needs with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain ATS data, generate reports, and track headcount metrics and representation.
