Job summary

University of Colorado System Administration seeks a skilled HRIS Program Manager to lead the HCM system across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules. You will own HCM/HRIS processes, drive improvements, and partner with campus HR and UIS teams to ensure compliant, data-driven operations.

The role requires strong PeopleSoft expertise, enterprise system experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects from intake to post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of experience in a functional analyst or business analyst capacity, with PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• Experience with data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with system and end-user testing, including issue analysis, documentation, and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for PeopleSoft HCM across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and HR/GL.
• Lead HCM projects through requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
• Develop cross-module solution designs and manage integrations between HCM and other HR systems.
• Collaborate with Campus HR, UIS teams, and ES to drive process improvement and data quality.
• Provide project support, testing, end-user support, documentation, and training.
