Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. seeks an HRIS Analyst to support HR systems across payroll, benefits, and HCM. Based in Atlanta, GA, you will translate business needs into automated HRIS solutions and partner with vendors to implement changes on time and on budget.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS, collaborating with HR, TA, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure data integrity, generate accurate reports, and deliver effective training for business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, business admin, HR, or related field.
• At least 2 years as a Business Analyst with HR experience a plus.
• Ability to document current processes and propose solutions.
• Experience with external vendors and HR systems.
• Attention to detail and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage business processes documentation and ensure timely solutions.
• Collaborate with users to determine requirements for system changes.
• Act as Data Steward ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
• Build relationships with vendors supplying HR products/services.
• Analyze data to support executive and internal reports.
• Work with minimal direction and solve problems in testing env.
