TBC Corporation is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize HR technology, data processes, and reporting capabilities. You will deliver accurate workforce analytics, reporting, and insights to support operations and strategy, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure data integrity and drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on configuring HRIS, creating advanced reports, dashboards, and testing enhancements while staying aligned with HR processes and standards. Publicly traded?

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data governance.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in HCM and Organizational Management modules; support end-user needs and system configuration.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize HRIS reports and analytics using SuccessFactors, SAP Ad Hoc Reporting, SAP Query, and EPI-USE Query Manager.
• Design and deliver complex dashboards by integrating data from HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other systems.
