Job summary

Fanatics in New York is seeking an HRIS Analyst to provide day-to-day support for HR systems, with a focus on resolving Tier 1 tickets for Oracle HCM and UKG Dimensions. The role serves as a first point of contact for HRIS questions and escalates more complex issues as needed.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to maintain accurate employee data, support HR processes, and deliver a positive end-user experience. The position offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting HRIS, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related function.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, Workday, or similar HRIS platform; Oracle HCM and/or UKG Dimensions preferred.
• Experience with ticketing or case management systems and handling inquiries from employees or internal customers.
• General understanding of HR processes and employee data, with exposure to payroll and timekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for HRIS support, resolving Tier 1 tickets related to Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, and other HR systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, employee questions, data discrepancies, timekeeping issues, and basic functionality.
• Triage incoming HRIS requests, gather info, resolve routine issues, escalate complex issues to senior HRIS team members.
• Perform routine HRIS administration, including data updates, system maintenance, and basic configuration changes.
• Support user access and security requests, provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Assist with standard and ad hoc reporting for HR, Payroll, and other partners.
• Perform data audits and reconciliations to identify data quality issues.
• Assist with HRIS data imports and routine data maintenance.
• Assist with system testing for updates, enhancements, and fixes, documenting results.
• Create and maintain HRIS process documentation and user guides.
• Identify recurring ticket trends and suggest process improvements.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and internal teams to address HRIS questions accurately and promptly.
