Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an HRIS Administrator to maintain and optimize the Dayforce system across core HR modules, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and records management. You will support end-users, manage tickets, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 3+ years of enterprise HRIS experience (Dayforce preferred), a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting an enterprise HRIS system (Dayforce preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure the HRIS (Dayforce) across core modules: employee records, onboarding, document management, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and timekeeping.
• Provide timely functional and technical support to end-users; manage the HRIS ticket queue and collaborate with vendor support.
