Job summary

Loram seeks an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve the HR technology environment, primarily Dayforce HCM and Cornerstone LMS. You will manage data integrity, reporting, and integrations, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and Learning & Development to ensure secure, reliable systems aligned with business needs.

The role emphasizes governance, utilization improvements, and reducing manual processes; a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HRIS/LMS experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, HCM, or related enterprise systems including administration, reporting, data governance, testing, and end-user support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams and advanced Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dayforce and Cornerstone system data per HR governance standards.
• Support HRIS configuration, security roles, workflows, access, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor interfaces between Dayforce and Cornerstone; troubleshoot integrations.
• Develop and maintain HR, payroll, workforce, and learning reports and dashboards.
• Provide user training and documentation; identify improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
