Job summary

Juno Search Partners is seeking analytical HRIS professionals to support the Benefits Service Delivery organization. The roles focus on HR data analysis, reporting, auditing, and documentation with large volumes of highly sensitive employee data.

The team split includes Benefits Service Delivery (primarily reporting and data analysis) and ALMT (focus on process documentation and workflows). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and has strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including macros, data visualizations, and complex formulas.
  • Experience working with large HR datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large HR datasets ranging from 1,000 to 70,000 employee records.
  • Export, manipulate, validate, and maintain employee data from HRIS platforms.
  • Create reports and perform audits to identify data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Research and resolve data issues while meeting established deadlines.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Support ongoing HR programs through reporting and operational documentation.

Job description

Our client is seeking analytical, detail-oriented HRIS professionals to support their Benefits Service Delivery organization. These roles are heavily focused on HR data analysis, reporting, auditing, and documentation while working with large volumes of highly sensitive employee data. Candidates should enjoy solving data issues, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

There are two areas of focus:

Benefits Service Delivery

  • Approximately 75% reporting, data analysis, audits, and resolving data discrepancies
  • Approximately 25% documentation and program management, including maintaining process documentation and supporting operational initiatives

ALMT

  • Primary focus on creating, maintaining, and organizing process documentation and key operational workflows

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large HR datasets ranging from 1,000 to 70,000 employee records
  • Export, manipulate, validate, and maintain employee data from HRIS platforms
  • Create reports and perform audits to identify data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Research and resolve data issues while meeting established deadlines
  • Document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures
  • Support ongoing HR programs through reporting and operational documentation
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Handle highly confidential employee information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
  • Macros
  • Data visualizations
  • Complex formulas
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and consultative skills
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Experience supporting HR, Benefits, or HRIS functions is preferred

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate enjoys working with large, complex datasets and takes pride in ensuring data accuracy. They are naturally curious, highly organized, comfortable working in Excel for most of the day, and thrive in environments where they can investigate discrepancies, improve processes, and document best practices. Previous HRIS or Benefits experience is helpful but not required for someone with strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
