- Systems Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and configure HRIS modules to meet organizational needs. Proactively identify process improvements to enhance system efficiency, usability, and data accuracy.
- Requirements & Implementation: Act as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and lead testing efforts (UAT, integration testing) for system upgrades and new implementations.
- User Support & Training: Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS functionality. Provide advanced troubleshooting support and deliver training, documentation, and guidance to HR staff, managers, and employees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR systems, or systems analysis (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of administrative software systems and data integration. Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and creating clear business process documentation.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to investigate technical issues, identify data gaps, and design efficient, proactive solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for a diverse, non-technical audience.
- Adaptability & Organization: A self-motivated, detail-oriented learner capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines and staying current with evolving technologies.
- Teamwork: Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a service-focused, cross-functional team.
- Location: Ability to work on campus three or more days per week and reside in MA, NY, CT, or VT.
