Reporting to the Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Systems, this role is a vital partner in optimizing our human resources information systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient system functionality and business processes, with an eye towards process improvements. Conduct data quality audits, manage mass data loads, and enforce data governance practices to ensure system integrity and compliance.- HRIS Operations: Manage foundational data structures (positions, job profiles, organizational assignments). Oversee system integrations and automated data feeds between Workday, benefits platforms, and internal systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.- Systems Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and configure HRIS modules to meet organizational needs. Proactively identify process improvements to enhance system efficiency, usability, and data accuracy.- Requirements & Implementation: Act as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and lead testing efforts (UAT, integration testing) for system upgrades and new implementations.- User Support & Training: Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS functionality. Provide advanced troubleshooting support and deliver training, documentation, and guidance to HR staff, managers, and employees.Requirements & Qualifications- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR systems, or systems analysis (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of administrative software systems and data integration.
