Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks an HRIS Analyst with 2 years of Workday HCM experience, including at least one global implementation, to configure business processes, security, reports, and dashboards.

You will collaborate with partners to ensure data integrity during migrations and support testing across the project lifecycle. The role requires presenting and training business users, leading the Workday setup and go-live activities, and coordinating with the implementation partner to resolve

Qualifications

• 2 years of Workday HCM experience, including at least one global implementation.
• 5-7 years of HRIS/HR experience.
• Experience delivering presentations and training to business partners at all levels.
• Lead role in Workday implementation.
• Participation in configuration, prototype, testing, deployment, and post go-live phases.
• Align Workday configuration with business requirements and test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM business processes, security, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead Workday implementation activities and coordinate with partners.
• Write test scenarios and manage testing and defect reporting.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Workday with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner to resolve defects.

Qualifications

HRIS Analyst needs 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, including at least one global implementation.

HRIS analyst requires:

• Demonstrable
  expertise configuring and maintaining business processes, application
  settings, security, reports and dashboards in Workday HCM.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of HRIS and/or HR experience
• General HR and HRIS Industry Knowledge Experience in delivering presentations and training to business partners at all organizational levels
• Play a leadership role in the implementation of Workday.
• Hands-on participation in the Configuration & Prototype, Testing, Deployment and Post Go-Live Phases of the project.
• Understand T business requirements and ensure that Workday functionality is configured and tested to meet those requirements.
• Write
  test scenarios, assign data to test scenarios and work with a team of
  business partners to complete test scenarios and report defects.
• Work with implementation partner to manage and resolve defects.
• Analyze large sets of data and ensure that migration of data from legacy sources to Workday is accurate.
