Job summary

Stonebridge seeks an HRIS Administrator (Dayforce) to maintain and audit employee data across HRIS modules, develop reporting, and support Dayforce implementation efforts. The role requires a bachelor’s degree related to HR, IT, or business and 2+ years HRIS experience.

The position is in Denver, CO, full-time, with a focus on data accuracy, payroll and time tracking configurations, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and leadership teams. On-site office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or HRIS support role, preferably with exposure to Dayforce.
  • Experience with configuring Payroll and Time & Absence preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR technology space.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot user issues and elevate technical problems to the project queue as needed.
  • Enter, audit, and maintain employee data across HRIS modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Time Tracking.
  • Develop, audit and maintain time off plans and payroll deductions & earnings.
  • Run and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports for HR and business leaders.
  • Assist in developing queries and reports using Workday reporting tools.
  • Support the processing of organizational and employee changes in the system.
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of Workday upgrades and enhancements.
  • Help monitor data integrity through audits and regular reviews.
  • Maintain and update user documentation and training materials.
  • Participate in training sessions and user support activities.
  • Support projects involving data uploads and process improvements.
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of Dayforce

Reports to: Director of HR Technology

Supervises: None

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Must Live in Colorado

Essential Functions and Duties
  • Troubleshoot user issues and elevate technical problems to the project queue as needed

Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or HRIS support role, preferably with exposure to Dayforce
