Job summary

Addison Group in Houston, TX is seeking an HRIS Administrator to own and optimize the HR technology stack, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, ATS, onboarding, and performance systems. You will partner with vendors and internal HR teams to drive smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HRIS experience, with hands-on UKG Pro expertise, strong analytics, and excellent communication. This on-site role offers medical benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).

Job Title: HRIS Administrator

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 / year

Benefits: This role is eligible for medical, PTO and 401k.

Job Duties:

• Serves as the primary system administrator for all HR technology platforms, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, learning management, and related systems.
• Serves as the primary liaison with HR technology vendors.
• Coordinates issue resolution, system support and software enhancements.
• Conducts audits for integrity.
• Creates reporting for HR, payroll, benefits, operations, etc.
• Provides troubleshooting support and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HRIS administration or HR technology experience.
• Hands‑on UKG Pro experience required.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bilingual
• (PHR) certification.
