Job summary

Addison Group in Marlton, NJ is seeking a hands-on UKG Ready HRIS Analyst to own and optimize the UKG Ready platform. You will configure, report, and troubleshoot, while supporting benefits administration across the organization.

This is a direct hire role with a strong emphasis on system quality and data integrity. The role requires on-site presence five days a week in Marlton, NJ, and offers a salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UKG Ready HRIS experience required.
• Experience with HRIS administration, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Benefits administration and open enrollment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, accruals, and HR data integrity.
• Strong analytical and organizational problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to work fully on-site, 5 days per week, Marlton, NJ.

Position Title: UKG Ready HRIS Analyst

Location: Marlton, NJ

Assignment Type: Direct Hire (open to Contract-to-Hire)

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

On-Site or Hybrid: On-site, 5 days per week

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

This is a hands-on, technical HRIS seat for a mission-driven healthcare organization. You’ll take ownership of the UKG Ready platform, from configuration and reporting to troubleshooting, while supporting benefits administration across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) platform
• Build reporting, troubleshoot issues, and maintain HR data integrity
• Manage timekeeping, accruals, and system processes
• Support benefits administration, enrollment, and open enrollment
• Identify and implement system and process improvements

Requirements:

• Hands-on UKG Ready experience (required; UKG Pro experience does not meet this requirement due to major platform differences)
• HRIS administration, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Benefits administration and open enrollment experience
• Knowledge of timekeeping, accruals, and HR data integrity
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work fully on-site, 5 days per week, in Marlton, NJ
