Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior HR business partner to serve as a strategic thought partner to executive GTM Sales leaders, translating business goals into people strategy. You will own the functional people plan, bringing data and foresight to decisions related to growth, productivity, and margin.

You will run calibration and succession planning for senior leaders, coach on leadership and adopting AI-enabled tools, and anticipate risks to build mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior HR business partnering experience with direct executive client support.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS business, ideally supporting sales or go-to-market organizations.
• Proven ability to lead through change in a high-growth, ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
