Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an HR Business Partner Director to translate business goals into people strategy across talent, leadership development, organization design, and culture. You will own the people strategy and partner with executive leaders to drive growth, productivity, and margin using data-driven decisions.

You will coordinate HRBP, COE, and shared services to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions in a matrixed, AI-native sales organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior HR business partnering experience with executive coaching.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS business, ideally supporting GTM teams.
• Hands-on AI in HR or business work experience to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the functional people strategy aligned to the business plan.
• Advise executives on people decisions affecting revenue and margin.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount, and role design for growth.
• Lead calibration, succession, and talent reviews for senior leaders.
• Coach senior leaders on people leadership and AI-enabled tools.
• Identify attrition risks and build mitigation plans.
• Use data trends to measure impact and drive program improvements.
• Coordinate HRBP/COE/shared services to meet executive needs.
• Navigate regional/matrix complexity with local market sensitivity.
