Job summary

Yanwen Express in Los Angeles is seeking an HR Business Partner (Recruitment Focus) to lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to design talent profiles and source candidates through multiple channels. The role spans screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding, with a focus on improving hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field,experience in recruiting, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required.
• Experience leading recruitment processes or as a recruiting lead is preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. recruitment practices and basic labor laws is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
