Oregon State University seeks a short-term HR Workday Project Manager within University Human Resources. This full-time, 1.00 FTE, 12-month role is expected to last about six months and will lead Workday initiatives across HR operations.

The position serves as a liaison among HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and academic units to ensure on-time delivery, scoped projects, and data integrity, with a hybrid onsite schedule and some remote flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, public administration, information systems, or related field.
• Three years of professional experience managing projects, programs, or process improvements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze business needs, document requirements, and identify risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to an inclusive workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR Workday projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Partner with HR units to translate business needs into project requirements and changes.
• Monitor adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and provide updates to HR leadership and partners.
