Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, specifically Workday.
• Experience across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM of Workday HRIS implementation, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, meeting cadence, status reporting, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
