Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Human Resources Outsourcing Supervisor to deliver hands-on HR support across a portfolio of clients. The role will supervise HR Associates and Senior Associates, review work for quality, and ensure compliance with HR best practices.

Location is flexible near any RSM US office; the role requires up to 25% travel and offers a competitive benefits package and a total rewards program. SHRM/HRCI certification and 5+ years of progressive HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM and/or HRCI certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in consulting or outsourcing.
• Hands-on experience across HR lifecycle: employee relations, compliance, policy, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting multi-state employment, wage/hour, and leave compliance.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills; able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• HR Delivery & Execution across hire-to-retire lifecycle for multiple clients.
• Supervise and coordinate daily work of HR Associates and Senior Associates.
• First-line reviewer of deliverables ensuring accuracy and adherence to methodology.
• Provide practical HR guidance on low to mid-level concerns and escalate complex issues.
• Support HR compliance assessments and process reviews with findings and actions.
• Develop and maintain repeatable HR processes, templates, and playbooks.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and capacity; manage deadlines and priorities.
• Mentor junior team members; share knowledge and build team capability.
• Adapt to changing client needs and shifting priorities.
• Contribute to proposals and business development activities with HR SME input.
