Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Human Resources Outsourcing Supervisor to deliver hands-on HR services across a portfolio of clients. You will supervise HR Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with RSM methodologies.

You will guide HR advisory work, support HR compliance assessments, and help build repeatable HR processes, templates, and playbooks while coordinating deadlines and capacity with team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required.
• SHRM and/or HRCI certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-client or multi-unit exposure.
• Hands-on experience across HR lifecycle including employee relations, compliance, policy development, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting multi-state employment, wage and hour, and leave compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on HR support across client portfolios and supervise HR Associates and Senior Associates.
• Review deliverables for quality and ensure compliance with RSM methodology.
• Provide HR guidance on routine to mid-level concerns and escalate complex issues.
• Assist in HR compliance assessments, policy documentation, and action planning.
• Develop repeatable HR processes, playbooks, templates, and job aids for clients.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and resource capacity across workstreams.
• Mentor junior team members and support change management for clients.
