The University of Colorado Boulder seeks an experienced HR leader to advance its HR Blueprint and implement the HRBP model across the university, strengthening service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

You will provide strategic advisory, project management, and hands-on implementation support, partnering with executive leadership, central HR, and campus partners to deliver measurable improvements. This is a full-time, on-campus role focused on driving large-scale organizational change.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent experience required; substitution allowed year-for-year.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible management in human resources.
• Experience leading HR transformation initiatives and HRBP/shared services.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess HR Blueprint recommendations and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Partner with HR leadership to finalize HRBP structures and strengthen service delivery.
• Provide hands-on project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management support.
• Support university-wide HR transformation and implementation of operational improvements.
• Prepare executive analyses and progress reports to inform decisions.
• Assess HR structures and develop recommendations to improve accountability.
