Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience leading complex process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and project management.

• Provide input to project approach and lead significant portions of a project.
• Organize cross-functional teams and communicate progress.
• Develop metrics and data to measure process performance.
