Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to serve as the single point of contact for client-facing HR transformation engagements. You will translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable solution offerings—bridging sales, delivery, and technology to bring market-leading HR services to life.

Role requires ability to travel 50% to clients, with strong focus on end-to-end delivery design, cost estimation, and leveraging platforms like Workday, SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services (workforce admin, data management, employee support), and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Serve as the solution subject matter expert within the sales team; present offerings to client buyers and align on final terms and conditions.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture and capabilities that underpin service offerings.
• Sponsor and lead initiatives to roll out new architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective solution transition and validate cost-to-deliver.
• Ensure delivery architecture conforms to internal policies and benchmarking; monitor market trends and tools.
