Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to translate complex HR requirements into configurable offerings. You will bridge sales, delivery, and technology to bring HR services to life for clients, traveling up to 50% to engage with them.

The role requires expertise in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and end-to-end HR process design, with the ability to lead delivery architecture and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years designing or improving HR processes.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured HR solution offerings, proposals, and work plans.
• Collaborate with sales to present offerings and align on terms and conditions.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture with service architects and directors.
• Lead deployment of new HR architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Interface with delivery to ensure seamless transition and cost-to-deliver.
• Benchmark delivery against internal policies and market trends; provide growth insights.
