Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to serve as the single point of contact for client-facing HR transformation engagements. You will translate complex buyer requirements into structured solution offerings and bridge sales, delivery, and technology.

Role requires travel up to 50% to clients; expertise in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud; lead architecture capabilities and ensure delivery aligns with internal standards and market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services or Talent Development.
• 3+ years designing or improving HR processes.
• Hands-on with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud or similar.
• End-to-end HR transformation design, cost estimation, and planning.
• Experience deploying RPA in HR contexts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Collaborate with sales; present offerings to client buyers.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture with Service Architects and Product Directors.
• Lead initiatives to roll out architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Define service assumptions, delivery locations, and cost-to-deliver; governance.
• Benchmark standards and market trends.
• Provide market intelligence on HR delivery trends.
