Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in High Tech, Comms & Media, or Software & Platforms industries.

• Develop HR transformation strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations and automation.
• Design and optimize HR operating models, service delivery, and governance.

• Apply GenAI and emerging tech to improve HR outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee HR operations, shared services, outsourcing, and cost optimization.
• Drive process automation and data-driven improvements across HR processes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation programs; manage cross-functional teams.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement for smooth transitions.
