Accenture is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead HR modernization efforts for global clients. You will shape HR operating models, leverage AI and analytics to optimize talent and processes, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable HR improvements.

Role emphasizes senior stakeholder engagement, governance, and scalable, future-ready HR technology solutions across industries.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years' leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the High Tech, Comms & Media, or Software & Platforms industry.
• Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements for clients, ensuring value delivery.
• Define HR operating models and service delivery frameworks with digital and AI components.
• Develop HR transformation value cases and roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Bridge HR practice with analytics, automation and GenAI to improve talent management.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
• Guide clients through vendor selections and technology evaluations.
