You will coordinate across HR, Workday, and vendor teams to keep dependencies clear and on track. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project/program management, PMP certification, and proven experience in HR transformation or HR technology initiatives.

• 7+ years project/program management experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience leading HR transformation or HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated JSA project plan with Workday Alignment.
• Drive project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to completion.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders and multiple external vendor partners.
• Track progress against approved project schedule and critical milestones.
• Ensure alignment across JSA, Workday, Compensation, HRBP, Change Management, Communications, and Governance workstreams.
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and sponsor decisions.
• Maintain RAID log and governance reporting.
• Prepare materials for governance and sponsor meetings.
• Provide executive-level project health reporting.
