Job summary

Revel IT in Washington, DC seeks a Project Manager, HR for a hybrid contract opening to support the Job & Skills Architecture initiative. You will ensure delivery of milestones, align with Workday timelines, govern cross-functional workstreams, and coordinate between client stakeholders and the external vendor.

Responsibilities include maintaining RAID and governance logs, preparing executive materials, and delivering weekly status reports, with a focus on risk mitigation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• 7+ years project/program management experience.
• Experience leading HR transformation or HR technology initiatives.
• Experience managing third-party vendors.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plan and Workday alignment; drive milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate across HR, Workday, Change Management, and governance workstreams.
• Maintain RAID log, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Prepare executive materials and vendor governance updates; deliver weekly status reports.
