Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, project management, process improvement, HR operations, organizational change management, consulting, or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading change management efforts that impact employees, managers, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes, systems, service delivery and employee experience.
• Manage projects from scope to adoption, defining timelines, deliverables, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress; prepare leadership-ready updates and implementation plans.
• Develop change management strategies including communication and adoption plans for employees and leaders.
