Grant Thornton is seeking an experienced Manager to lead HR and Payroll transformation programs for our clients. You’ll shape workforce strategy, operating models, and governance, including global HR platforms and shared services frameworks.

From day one, you’ll be supported by our Transformation team as you help clients achieve their vision and grow your career. Travel may be required to deliver outcomes and build relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/Payroll transformation experience.
• Experience in global HR operating models and shared services.
• Ability to align transformation initiatives with business strategy and trends.
• Experience with HCM platform selection and implementation.
• Familiarity with automation tools and data analytics.
• Understanding of cross-border payroll compliance.
• Proven mentoring and leadership of project teams.
• Strong presentation to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HR/Payroll transformation projects, including operating model assessments, system implementations, system selection, and process redesign, serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
• Develop future-state roadmaps and operating models in collaboration with clients.
• Lead governance and drive continuous improvement across HR and Payroll processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of technology and processes.
• Own the delivery of project milestones and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive long-term partnership.
• Lead and develop project teams and contribute to thought leadership.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and scope definition.
• Meet or exceed targeted utilization and other duties as assigned.
