Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Transformation Program Director to lead Propel and AI initiatives across HR and Marketing & Communications. You will coordinate with HR, M&C, GCO, and ICCM teams to ensure programs are planned, tracked, and delivered on time.

The role demands strong governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement across global sites, with a focus on risk mitigation and clear executive visibility into program health.

Qualifications

• Significant project/program management experience in a global enterprise.
• Experience with HR transformation, operating model transformation, or large-scale change.
• Experience supporting executive governance and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies and stakeholders across functions.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, delivery, and governance for Propel and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, M&C, GCO, HRIT, ICCM and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish and maintain program plans, risk logs, RAID, and dashboards.
• Escalate risks and decisions with clear mitigation options.
• Ensure alignment to financial goals and enterprise change management requirements.
