You will manage communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across multiple transformation workstreams, driving governance and visibility for senior leadership.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to streamline operations, track budgets, and maintain an integrated view of progress, dependencies, and risks while coordinating with Transformers, Workforce

Qualifications

• Program or project management in a top-tier consulting firm or complex enterprise environment.
• Designing and maintaining program operating rhythms for senior executives.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered project management and automation tools.
• Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across all transformation workstreams.
• Track budget actuals against plan, surface variances early, and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered project management tools and automation to streamline program operations.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators for integrated progress view.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
