You will guide strategy, value realization, and change management across large-scale HR initiatives for high-tech clients, fostering innovation and client success in the digital age.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years' leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the High Tech, Comms & Media, or Software & Platforms industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects from strategy to delivery.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement HR operating models, including shared services and outsourcing.
• Enhance employee experience with personalization, engagement, and digital HR initiatives.
• Evaluate and select HR technologies and vendors for client needs.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across client organizations.
